Knoxville was more of an interlude than a full-on stop in our travels. We spent less than 18 hours in the city -- but they were fantastic hours. There were degus, vintage cars, a river boat, a near-attack by angry geese, and a stop at Mellow Mushroom. Thanks to Eric and Liz for being excellent hosts.
